Shipping/Handling time: When at all possible, will be same day or one day excluding weekends, holidays or anytime the UPS or USPS is closed. Your order and payment must be received by 12 noon (CST) of the day of order for this service and will be shipped either that day or the day after. If your order or payment is received after 12 noon (CST), your item may ship the following day. If your order and payment is on a weekend, holiday or anytime the UPS or USPS is closed, your item or items will be shipped the next business day they are open. Larger items that require special packaging and handling may require an additional day or two.
Shipping: Includes careful packaging with lots of bubble wrap and packaging materials, heavy duty box, tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please be aware that I have no control over the USPS rates but I will mail the least expensive and safest way. Combining items for shipment may mean that I will have to change the shipping method due to size and weight, USPS does not ship large packages. If at all possible, I will combine items. Glass items are difficult to combine and mail safely, but I will try in all cases. If you wish to combine shipping costs when you purchase multiple items, please contact me before you pay for the items so I can adjust shipping costs and invoice you, or adjust the cost in my ad before you pay, otherwise I cannot combine the costs. Also, once an item leaves my possession I have no control over how it is handled by the postal service.
Refunds/Returns: You must contact me within 3 days of receiving your package. All items must be returned in good condition with a post mark of no later than 14 days after delivery date before refunds are given. Items must be shipped at the same rate and manner they were shipped to you. Most of my packages are sent "Priority" mail, therefore they must be returned the same way. Make sure to email me the return tracking number. Please read ad carefully to avoid returns. While I do my utmost to accurately describe my item I will occasionally make a mistake or overlook something. A refund will be provided if I make a gross error in the description of the item and will consist of the eBay sale price of the item. I DO NOT refund shipping charges - either initial or return. Make sure to save original box and mailing label for returns. Carefully wrap items in original wrapping materials and use original label. The postal service will not charge you for returns if you say you "Refuse" the package.
Broken Items: Although I have had very few items broken, it does happen sometimes. Please email verification pictures of both the box and the broken items. If there are items that are not broken but you want a full refund, you must return the unbroken items in good condition before a refund is given. DO NOT try to repair, or send any items out to be repaired. This will be my responsibility. There is no reimbursement for any unauthorized repairs. Please follow the same return instructions listed under "Refunds/Returns." If there is more than one item and only one is broken and you wish to keep the remaining items, only the cost of the broken item will be refunded minus eBay and PayPal fees.
Customer Satisfaction: I strive to have all my customers totally satisfied with their purchases and their buying experience with me. Therefore, please do not leave negative feedback, open a case or file a complaint without allowing me time to correct any problems or complaints.
