Watch any video source on your Mercedes NTG4 Navigation screen

Our multimedia video interface is a revolutionary product that allows you to integrate external video sources to your Mercedes NTG4 screen. Once installed, you are able to connect up to two video sources such as an in car DVD player, digital TV tuner, games console or an iPod/iPhone to keep your passengers entertained. The unit also features a rear view camera input and an RGB connection for adding aftermarket satellite navigation. To switch between the original screen and the video inputs, simply press and hold the "return" button or use the toggle switch provided.

Installation:

Installation involves connecting the LVDS cable to the back of the Comand screen. Connect the plug and play harness to the back of the head unit for power and ground.

Press and hold the "return button" or the toggle switch to change from the original Mercedes screen to RGB > AV1 > AV2

Connect a 12v reverse supply if fitting a rear view camera. The interface will then switch to the rear view camera automatically when in reverse gear. 

Audio:

This is a video only interface. For audio, the video source (DVD player, TV Tuner etc) must be connected to either the car's auxiliary connection (if present) or to an FM modulator.

Compatibility:

Compatible with the Mercedes NTG4 Comand system with 7" pop out monitor and the Audio 20 + Audio 50 in the following models:

C Class W204 - 2007 onwards
E Class W212 - 2009 onwards

Not compatible with the NTG4.5
