Return Policy,Shipping & Delivery

Your purchased item will be sent via Royal Mail depending upon the service available in the listing. We post the item same or next working day after the payment has been received. Item purchased on Friday after 3pm or on bank holydays will be posted on the next working day.

If you are unable to receive your parcel it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting post office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, in this case you have to repay the postage cost to repost the item, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted only in its original condition, Item must be returned within 14 days of the date purchased. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches to us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
