This product has one year warranty valid (Japan domestic limited) from the date of purchase. Support for the initial failure would be guaranteed within one week from the purchase. This is a FREE SHIPPING item. We will ship your purchase via EMS (included tracking number, insurance). It takes about 3-7 business days to arrive, but sometimes it takes more longer. If you live in the country (in Europe, Middle East, South America, etc.), please note that there will be an additional shipping charge before you purchase our products. NOTE: We are not able to ship by EMS to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Netherlands, and India. For these countries, the shipping will be made by Registered Air or DHL.
