Refunds are ONLY given for Defective/Incorrect Merchandise that can not be replaced.
Exchanges will be given under certain circumstances to exchange for Size (if another size is avail.) only if Buyer pays Shipping expenses. We will pay shipping expenses for Exchanges on Incorrect Merchandise Received Only.
All return items must be in original packaging and in NEW condition. Any returned items that smell (smoke, pets, B.O. etc.) will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
Any Postal Damage/Loss will be handled through our Insurance Company and a refund or exchange will be given once Claim clears. Most claims usually take 30 days before they are honored for US customers or 60 days for International customers.
Attention: International Orders ***Especially ITALY*** are sometimes delayed through customs. We have no control over this. It is your responsibility to make sure the item you are ordering is legal in your country.
