  1. We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday with priority, tracking, and insurance - international items, items listed as parts, and items sold as-is ship with no insurance.

  2. Free Shipping is NOT applicable if you are located OUTSIDE the lower 48 states of United States. Sold-as-is items will not be accepted for returns.

  3. If you want it shipped to a PO BOX, then you must select Priority mail upgrade for $29.99 any item.

  4. International shipping - $99.99 - no exceptions.

  5. International customers - please understand we are not responsible for how long the carrier takes once it has been shipped.

  6. International customers - custom fees are not applied to the purchase price and you will be responsible for all applicable custom fees. 

  7. We process shipments within 1-2 days, Monday-Saturday.  If you purchase an item Saturday or Sunday, your item will ship out on Monday.

  8. Make sure the address on eBay and PayPal during checking is the address you want for delivery. We are unable change the shipping addresses once payment has been made. 

  9. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know within 24 hours, we will try to help with what we can to ensure customer satisfaction. Anytime after that will be not be considered.

  10. 14 day refunds will be reduced by eBay fees, PayPal fees, and a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Buyer is responsible for shipping package back with tracking and insurance.

  11. Mechanical Roses is not responsible for any damages or other losses caused by the use of the product. If the product is defective, we reserve the right to either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
