Levi's Trademarks.

Certain pairs of Levi's jeans have a red tab with only the (R) rather than the full Levi's name. This variance in the red tab is simply for trademark purposes and does not indicate the quality of the jeans but rather verify their authenticity. Shipping.

Shipping Times- Items paid after 8:00 AM CT Mon.-Sat. will be shipped the following business day.

Express One-Day Shipping- Express shipping charges are NOT refundable. Please note that we use USPS Express Mail for Overnight delivery. Most locations in the US have overnight delivery service but for some locations this may be a 2-day service. Please contact us BEFORE selecting Overnight Shipping to verify delivery times.

Alternate Address- Currently we will ONLY ship to the address which is confirmed as the username's mailing address either through eBay or Paypal.  If you have recently moved, please update this address in eBay and Paypal to prevent any delay in shipping.  If you would like a shipment to be mailed to an address other than the one associated with your eBay username, please ADD the new shipping address while checking out through Paypal and confirm with us by sending an email. We will send a confirmation of your order to confirm the updated shipping address.

Combined Shipping- We will combine shipping on multiple listings if both listings are paid for within 24 hours period beginning at 8:01 AM CT. If you plan on making more than one purchase outside of 24 hours, please e-mail us to accommodate your request.

International Shipping- Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping cost. Customs Fees are the buyer's responsibility and are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We WILL NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Only the value of the merchandise is added to the customs form, not the cost of shipping.

30-day Returns.

Returns are accepted if the item is returned by the following REQUIREMENTS:

• Returned to the correct return address provided.
• Item is postmarked within 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
• Is shipped via USPS (It is highly suggested to obtain tracking information to be covered under eBay’s Buyer Protection).
• Ensure the item is packed securely to prevent damage during delivery.

A RESTOCKING FEE of 15% will be charged on all returned items with packaging in original condition (i.e. with tags attached). Returns of saleable items either missing original tags or tags are detached but included with item will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All non-saleable returns will not be accepted nor refunded unless defective or prohibited by law.

Once the item is received and inspected as resalable, a refund of the full purchase price less a restocking fee will be made within 24 hours. Depending on the service you choose to return the item, the entire process usually takes between 3 to 10 days.

Paypal Payments.

At this time we accept PayPal ONLY. PayPal takes all major credit cards. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct before submitting payment. All of our items are limited supply and will remain available to other buyers until payment has been completed. Saving an item in your shopping cart is NOT a completed sale. The first buyer who clicks Buy It Now and completes their PayPal payment officially purchases that item.

Q: I am not able to get combined shipping for my purchases!
A: To take advantage of combined shipping, simply click on “Add To Cart” for each item that you are interested in. After you have selected all the items click on “Proceed to checkout” at which you will be able to purchase all items in one transaction and receive a combined shipping discount.
If you are not done shopping but would like to continue at another time, you may open you “shopping cart” and select “Save for Later”. The next time you open your shopping cart, the saved items will appear below for you to simply add or remove.

A: All items that are listed are GUARANTEED authentic. All items listed as “NEW”, “NWT” or “NWOT” are documented with a proof of purchase or receipt and is available upon request from the buyer..
