Payment Methods

We prefer payment via debit / credit card. Payment telephone number is 01484 846939, we also accept paypal, cheques, postal orders or bankers drafts.

We do not accept cheques from outside of the UK.

Dispatch and Shipping

All items are shipped as quickly as possible, if there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you immediately to inform you of any delay.

Please note, we do try to stock all items, but some are custom orders and may need to be ordered. If there will be a delay in dispatch you will be immediately informed.

Domestic Shipping

I aim to dispatch the item with 48 - 72 hours of payment clearing; all items dispatched to the UK are sent via a tracked delivery and require a signature on receipt. They are fully traceable and can be tracked online. Unless a standard non tracked delivery option is chosen. Please be aware that dispatch times will vary but we will dispatch the item as soon as is physically possible.

International Shipping

I offer shipping worldwide, items within the EU are sent via Royal Mail Airsure tracked delivery, International items (shipped outside of the EU) are shipped via courier or Royal Mail International Signed for Service depending on size and weight; all items are fully traceable and can be tracked online.

Specialist Items

Some items are made to order or special orders; therefore dispatch times may vary (up to 28 days) but will be sent as soon as possible, if the item is needed in a hurry please contact us at sales@equestrian-flair.co.uk or alternatively call us direct on 01484 506166.

Returns Policy

We offer a 100% refund if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the item to me in the same condition as you received it and I will refund you in full minus the postage costs. Return of the item cost will be footed by the buyer unless there was an error on my behalf. Prior to returning the please get in touch in order to arrange the return of the item and receive a returns number.
