Because USPS now offer tracking on First Class service to Canada,
Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Israel,
Registered Mail is no longer required for shipments to these countries.

1. The Ebay invoice that you get automatically includes only shipping costs for USPS First Class Mail, without the $12.95 registered mail fee from USPS.
2. For your protection, Registered mail fee of $12.95 is now required for all international shipments(except for Canada),to ensure that you would receive your items.
I can send without registered mail fee of $12.95 only if you agree to waive your right to file "items not received" case against me. I can provide you with a receipt from USPS for shipping the package upon request during your checkout. By paying this invoice as is without registered mail fee of $12.95, buyer agrees to waive buyer's right to file "items not received" case against seller. If returned items has been used, only partial refunds may be issued. For food/vitamin items, no returns are allowed if they have been opened. For all shoes purchase, please try on the shoes on a clean carpet/rug first to make sure they fit and you are satisfied, before you wear it on tile/wood/other floors, otherwise your return will be denied as all returns has to be in the same condition as it was received. For international USPS First Class shipping, the shipping costs is the same for all packages between 9 OZ and 2 Lbs. So if you want to save money on shipping costs, you may want to order more items as long as the total weight is less than 2 Lbs. Please contact me if you have any questions about this.
