We at Shuperb are proud retailers of the world renowned brand Hi-Tec. Recognised for their sports trainers and shoes since becoming established in 1974, the brand has evolved into an innovative brand combining style, comfort, practicality and durability in footwear. 

The British brand began their journey with the Squash shoe which was lightweight and comfortable by the founder himself, Frank van Wezel. The brand quite quickly moved on and was established in the USA with the worlds first lightweight hiking boots' Sierra Sneaker. The brand then moved onto running shoes creating the Silver Shadow which is still iconic today. This style was so successful, 23% of the running in the London Marathon wore it.

In 1990, the Altitude IV is recognised as the number 1 hiking boot in the US, which again, is still a core style within the brands range. Not only where the brand winning titles within the hiking sector, in 1992, Hi-Tec held it's place as being the best selling Kinds Cup boots featured on 52 Premiership players. 

Tennis was the next sector within sports Hi-Tec covered becoming the Official Shoe of the Wimbledon Tennis Champions in 1995. The next thing to tackle was multi sports and Hi-Tec did just that designing shoes for various multi sport activities as the go-to pair of trainers.

Hi-Tec continued to win multiple awards for their footwear and successful designs and technology and in 2013 they won the Footwear Product of the Year with their new style 'Zuuk'. The shoe is extremely lightweight, comfortable and practical being the pair of casual trainer shoes for women, men and children in a range of colours. In the same year, they also won The Outdoor Footwear Brand of the Year award. 

In 2014, Hi-Tec celebrated their 40th anniversary and introduced the Classic74 inspired by their original Squash Classic. The brand carried on expanding and doing what they do best, creating great sporting footwear for our public being a world recognised company.
