International orders usually arrive in 3-7 working days but in exceptional cases allow up to 20 working days.

 

Returns

• Contact Electro-Resource before returning any items.
• If you think an item is defective contact us first to see if we can help you with the problem. We will be happy to offer any advice. After this the buyer has 14 days from date of receipt to return an item for us to ascertain whether the item is defective. If the item is defective (with exception to damage caused through misuse) an exchange or refund will be offered.
• If you have purchased the item in error the product must returned in new/unused/unopened condition within 14 days of purchase with order details at the buyer's cost.
• Correct return packaging, labelling and postage are the responsibility of the buyer.
