Q : Do you sell only Cisco Routers and Catalyst Switches ?
A:  We sell all Cisco Parts from cables, memory, SFP’s, GBIC’s, Interface Cards to Core BRAS Routers (7204VXR,7206VXR ) and Core Catalyst switches (6509’s , GSR’s and ESR’s)
Q: Does your refurbished Cisco equipment come with any warranty?
A:  Yes –  All equipment is supplied with a 12 Month Warranty and in some cases Lifetime Warranty all back to base. However for those who would prefer the ultimate support for mission critical applications  - We will arrange a 24 x 7 x 4 Cisco Smartnet Contract for your specific needs.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most goods are dispatched within 24 hrs of payment clearing.  Depending on your location and the item, the delivery will usually take around 1-5 days.
Q: Can you supply any other items that are not on your website?
A: Cisco have in excess of 10,000 products – we can source any part number for you – even if we do not have it in stock
