Timex ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We ship to valid addresses within the United States, its territories, and APOs and FPOs. Delivery to US territories, APOs, and FPOs is only available via Standard shipping and final delivery will be made with USPS.


We offer three shipping options - Standard, Second Day, and Overnight. Standard is free and arrives within six business days. Second Day is $12.95 and arrives within two business days. Overnight is $24.95 and arrives within one business day.


We ship our orders with UPS. Your tracking number will be sent via eBay at the time of shipment, but your shipment information may not be immediately available. Our customer service team is happy to assist you with any shipping questions. Pease contact us via Ebay Messaging.

Our Guarantee

Timex is committed to making your shopping experience a success and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.


The item must be returned in the same condition in which it left our facility - in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories - to ensure full credit.

 
Additionally, we offer a limited one-year warranty on all of our watches. This covers defects to the hands, dial, and watch movement. It does not include damage to the battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet, or damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. You will not have to pay for repairs to your watch that are covered by the warranty. There is, however, an $8.00 charge to cover postage and handling as specified in the warranty.


Instructions

Follow these basic steps to process the return and / or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team via eBay Messaging to begin the return process. We will then provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We only issue refunds for returns with an RMA number. You must ship your item within 14 days of receiving the RMA number in order to receive a refund or replacement.

  5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our facility.

Rules and Restrictions

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any issues.


To qualify for the 30-day return / exchange policy, product must be in new, unsused condition and include original box with all original materials. Exchanges after 30 days are subject to our standard warranty policy.


If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via eBay Messaging. 
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within two business days of receipt of the returned product by our facility. 
If there seems to be a mechanical, electrical, or programming problem with your device, DO NOT attempt to repair it without first contacting us. This will automatically void our warranty. We do not reimburse for third party repairs or purchases. We make all efforts to ensure that the products received are as described.
