Shipping Details:
We aim to get all orders dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday, which have cleared funds before 14:00, this excludes bank holidays. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day.
Return Details:
Biker Parts Direct are pleased to offer an exchange, replacement or refund on any faulty* item, accompanied by proof of purchase, within a reasonable period of time** of the original purchase date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any goods returned undelivered, or any customers wishing to return goods for reasons other than the item being faulty or errors made by Biker Parts Direct will be subject to a 15% handling and restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund. Any original postage and packaging charge cannot be refunded. The customer will be liable for return postage costs. Biker Parts Direct can arrange collection of items for a fee (Mainland UK only). No items for return can be accepted at the company offices without prior agreement.
* Faulty: This does not include fair wear & tear or deliberate misuse. This is at Biker Parts Direct's discretion.
