We do not take responsibility for missing or lost post, but we will help to make a claim against the postal service used. We obtain proof of posting for all postage. Higher value items are posted recorded delivery.

When sending parcels outside of the UK with a value of £15.00 or more, these will only be sent by tracking/signed for postage.

We offer a full refund if you are not entirely happy with any of our products. All we ask is that the item is returned within 14 days & is unused, in “as new” condition & with the original packaging intact.

You are responsible for the cost of returning it to us safely.
