All pictures are of the actual product. I am the original owner. This iPod Classic has barely been used so the battery still holds a full charge and everything functions perfectly. Since it was opened out of the box I had a very protective iSkin case on it so the iPod is free of any major scratches or wear and tear (see pictures). There are only a couple very small and thin scratches that can barely be seen in the correct lighting. Let me know if you have any questions.
