Payment

• All payment are made through Pay Pal.

• All payments must be made within 5 days after the auction closes. We will give you notice on the second and fourth day, before we open a case.

Shipping

• All orders will be shipped within 3 business days. We Ship Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

• If you want to ship overnight, you must use your own carrier.  Overnight orders must be placed, and paid before 12 PM Central time.

Return Policy (Please Read Carefully)

• You must contact us within 7 days after you receive your item. This will allow us to receive the item and/or correct the problem within the 14 days. NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Returns are for defective items ONLY. If the item is returned, and it passes our testing, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 30%.

• If we made an error, we will fix it.  Depending on the item, we reserve the right to exchange, replace, or issue a refund after the item is return. Sometimes we may request pictures or other information to expedite the process.
