Handling Time: We ship within 24 hours of your purchase. Orders placed BEFORE 4PM EST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed AFTER 4PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Domestic Orders: Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Tracking will be provided upon shipment. Shipping is typically free for domestic orders.

International Orders: International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International method. A USPS tracking number will be issued upon shipment, however this tracking number will only verify that the package was accepted by USPS. This tracking number does not completely trace packages from origin to destination. A small shipping charge may or may not be charged for international orders (international orders are typically more expensive to ship).

Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. The recipient of an overseas shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches its destination. Additional charges for customs clearance must be assumed by the recipient; we do not have control over these charges and cannot foretell what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs department for further information. When customs clearance procedures are necessary, they can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

The buyer has 14 days to contact us regarding the return of an item or buyer's dissatisfaction with an item. The buyer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with products returned due to buyer's mistake (i.e. wrong choice of color or size of product). We will be responsible for shipping fees for products that arrive to the buyer in a damaged or defective state. In such cases, we only ask that the buyer submit a photograph as proof of the defect or damage. A refund for the returned item will be given in the form of reimbursement for the full purchase price or an exchange at buyer's discretion.
