NEW Renthal Mx 7/8" Carmichael RC Mini 85cc Bend Bars Green Motocross Handlebars
Renthal 7/8" handlebars re-wrote history when they became the first aftermarket aluminium handlebar to be fitted as OEM on a Japanese motorcycle. Renthal employs extremely close tolerances and an exclusive alloy, specifically developed for the manufacture of handlebars with specific properties that help limit vibration (a common cause of rider fatigue). Combined with the patented clamps and brace system Renthal 7/8” bars provide riders with the perfect amount of flex whilst maintaining the strength required for the rigours of Motocross and Supercross. The clamp system is bonded to the bar using a high shear adhesive to minimize the chance of clamp movement.

- 7/8" (22mm) external diameter to fit most standard sized clamps and controls
- 7010 T6 Aluminium, which Renthal has exclusive rights to this specially developed alloy, for the manufacture of handlebars.
- High impact strength, lightweight and excellent vibration dampening
- Shot peened surface finish to help prevent fatigue failure
- Knurling – Grip end only – increases bonding between bar and grip
- No knurling in clamp area, this could cause a stress riser and lead to fatigue failure
- Anodising – a 15 step anodising process forms an integral coating giving protection against corrosion
- Renthal’s copyrighted, bonded lightweight single bolt clamping system for the cross-brace* , greatly increases strength whilst still allowing flex
- Laser etched positioning grid
- The highest quality – 35 individual steps/processes required in the production of each bar and 58 separate quality checks made.
- A specially developed injection moulded crossbar pad is included with every handlebar (as pictured in main image)

Returns
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund.
All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty).
Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted:
- When trying on boots please do not stand on your foot pegs as some sharp pegs can mark/damage boot soles and your return/exchange might not be accepted. If the boots do not fit or feel comfortable on the ground, they will feel no different on the bike.
- Ladies, if you are trying helmets on, please remove your makeup first. Your makeup will stain the cheek-pads and your return may not be accepted.
- Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from the packaging. Items, like chains will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some circumstances.
- Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).

To let you in on a little secret, we report on the amount of items that get dispatched on the same day and reward our team for achieving the highest of results.

- Weekends don’t count. All lead times are in business days and exclude public holidays.

- Dispatch is based on items leaving our Gold Coast warehouse.
- Items that are in stock are subject to SAME DAY dispatch.
