Model Condition Gradings

MINT (M) means without any imperfections. Actually very rare to find truly mint model. Most so called mint models are should really be graded as VNM or NM

VERY NEAR MINT (VNM) almost mint but no more than two minor imperfections, such as pinprick paint chip or tiny part of decal missing.

NEAR MINT (NM) with a few more minor or slightly larger imperfections.

VERY GOOD (VG) with minor signs of being played with, generally there should be no casting damage or missing parts, unless paintwork is NM or better.

GOOD (G) obvious signs of playwear, but still a presentable model. if paintwork is VG or better there may be minor casting damage or missing parts.

POOR (P) severly playworn, heavy paint loss, casting damage, missing or broken parts, should be only really being considered as suitable for restoration or spares.

RESTORATION/REPAINT (R) model not in original condition having beeen either restored or repainted.

Original Box Condition

MINT means perfect, I've never seen one!

VERY NEAR MINT the best you are likely to find, all complete, crisp and clean, as you would expect to get it new from a shop, possible original price label or hand written price.

NEAR MINT all complete, with possible slight rubbing to corners, no creases or crushing.

VERY GOOD All complete with more obvious wear and rubbing to edges, and possible minor creasing.

GOOD all complete, though with heavier storage wear, with noticable creasing and possible crushing.

POOR severly worn with missing or partially detached flaps, creasing/crush damage.

REPRO reproduction or facsimile printed box. I never knowingly sell them, when i find them I destroy them.

These gradings are a guide only, as they are subjective and can only ever be a personal opinion, bidders should make their own assessment from the item description and the images included in the listing.

The small print!!!! but worth reading to avoid any misunderstanding.
