Please note if you wish to collect an item when possible then this is cash on collection only , do not pay by paypal for any item you wish to collect.

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday

Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail , MyHermes

If you need fast or urgent delivery then you will need to upgrade from MyHermes as this is 3-5 day delivery service.

For larger or heavy parcels we will use Parcel Force or similar courier

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
