• All labels have been snipped or removed. It is the wholesaler's policy to remove or snip all labels from branded high street clothes. This is so that goods cannot be returned to stores. De-labelled items mean that the clothing was originally made for a particular brand but has been sold off to wholesalers for various reasons - cancelled orders, discontinued lines, overmakes. That is why prices are a fraction of the original in-store price.
• A bid means you are agreeing to purchase the item and also agree with the terms and conditions below.
• Check measurements carefully before bidding because sizes do vary. Allow a couple of inches above your actual measurements for a comfortable fit.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

• Please pay within 3 days.
• PayPal and direct bank transfers (contact me for details) are preferred but we are happy to accept postal orders and cheques if you have no alternative.
• International customers must use PayPal.
• Please contact us if there are any delays to your payment.

DESPATCH TIMES:

• We try to post all items within 2 full working days of payment. Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class items the next business day; and economy items within 3-5 working days.
• We can send recorded delivery at an additional cost – but remember, someone has to be home to sign for it.  E-mail me if you would prefer to use recorded delivery.
• We despatch to the address given on your Ebay order details page unless you specify otherwise.

COMBINED SHIPPING COSTS:

We am very happy to combine postage to reduce the cost should you wish to buy more than one item.  For UK customers,  each additional item adds £1. Just request a combined invoice before paying.

REFUNDS:

We have a no quibble, money back policy. If you wish to return your item because you don’t like it or it does not fit we will refund the initial cost but NOT the cost of postage. We reserve the right to deduct a re-listing fee of £2.50. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item by sending a message via Ebay if you have any problems with your item. The item should be returned unworn, in original packaging with tags intact where applicable.
