This item will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders placed with us before 12pm weekdays are dispatched the same day or very next day. Orders placed at the weekend and on English Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next 2 working day.
If for any reason you would like to return an item within 14 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:
· In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you or we will provide you a retun label and advise you where to drop it and return them to us (at no cost to yourself but you will have to inform us the damage straight away we will not held responsible if reported later than 24hours)
· In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges
Please be advised that the following charges may apply if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item ordered;
1.Incorrect sized item purchased (no longer required) = Small Item £8.00 / Large Items £20.00.
2.Change of address once an order has been dispatched with the courier = £6.50
3.Item returned by courier due to a non-delivery (Customer not at home) = Small Item £12.00 / Large Items £30.00.
4.In the event that an item is returned by the courier as a non-delivery and the goods are still required the above charges shall be levied plus the associated administration & reshipping costs.
5.In the case that your item is shipped on a pallet due to its weight and size the charge is £50.00.
In these circumstances these charges would be levied from your original purchase cost at the point of refund.
