We will issue shipping refund if your shipping cost is more than our estimates.

International shipping: We will not use first class mail. So, please do not assume that we will use it and attempt to calculate shipping cost on your own. Please email or check the shipping cost before you bid. We will not cancel the transaction just because you want a discounted shipping cost! We will also not alter or change the item in any way so that you can reduce your shipping cost. We use USPS priority mail, USPS express mail, UPS international, and Fedex international.

• Buyer has 14 days to return the item. For any return, buyer must pay for the shipping and insurance both ways. Buyer also has to pay for any fees (including but not limited to ebay and paypal).  The seller reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for any returns.
