We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm on the same day, although during busy periods we may dispatch them within one working day. Please note that the delivery times quoted are estimates only Free UK delivery

We offer FREE UK postage on all our items and use Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If you need an item in a rush, please select the Special Delivery option.

Next day delivery

If you select the special delivery option before 1pm your item will be dispatched that same day, orders placed after 1pm may not be dispatched until the next day. Special deliveries only apply Monday to Thursday, should you request a special delivery on a Friday it may not arrive until the following Monday, please contact us should you require an item delivered on a Saturday as additional costs may apply.

Orders from outside the UK

We are happy to post items anywhere in the world, due to frequently changing postage costs, we quote quite high with the intention of refunding some of the cost when an accurate costing can be calculated, depending on the parcel size, weight and destination. Please note, some countries may apply customs duty to arriving parcels, there is nothing we can do about this.

Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Please include your eBay username in with the package to ensure a swift refund. Returned items should be sent to the address in the contact section at the bottom of the listing.

Please note:

1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
