Payment

Payment by PayPal offers additional security and allows the use of credit cards, debit cards and bank payments. When paying by PayPal, please ensure your delivery address is correct during checkout as this cannot be changed afterwards. If you do not have a PayPal account, payment can also be made by personal cheque or bank transfer / wire (subject to clearance).

Shipping

Watches are typically dispatched within one business day after cleared payment has been received. Delivery requires a signature. FREE UK Delivery: Royal Mail Special Delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day. Europe: Airmail service charged at £15 with estimated delivery in 3-7 working days. Worldwide: Airmail service charged at £17 with estimated delivery in 5-20 days (depending on location and any customs delays).

Warranty Conditions

The warranty covers the movement functionality and timekeeping. Please contact me if a fault develops within the stated warranty period to arrange repair free of charge. In the event of a repair being unavailable, a return or part refund will be offered. This warranty is voided if the watch has been tampered with by a 3rd party without my prior agreement, if there are signs of water ingress or evidence of misuse. Any remaining manufacturer warranty replaces this warranty.
