A hand-carved artificial foam pumpkin approximately 12" tall, front and back displays.
On the front side is a rare promotional image of the ghost of James Sunderland(SILENT HILL 2), seen on the reverse opposite side is the SILENT HILL 4: THE ROOM title logo.
