Fitting instructions are included. All parts should be pre-fitted to the intended vehicle to ensure fit prior to painting (please note fixings are not included as standard fixings are already on the car). We also offer a 24 hour fitting helpline to answer a fitting questions you may have.

Need professional painting? The splitter can be supplied in the colour of your car for an additional cost. For full details of this service please contact me directly. Please note the painting service affects the returns policy - see below.

Refunds & Returns Policy:

·         If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us in the first instance. We will always strive to resolve any issues you may have as fast as we possibly can.

·         Return/Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email and through the Returns section on eBay. We accept cancellation requests within fourteen days of the date of purchase or delivery. The item must then be returned within the following 14 days.

·         A full refund will be given on receipt of goods within 6 days as per the Managed eBay Returns Process. Refunds are given via the original method of payment.

·         The basic delivery cost will be refunded. Where additional postage was paid for guaranteed next day delivery this will not be refunded.

·         The return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged in transit or not as described.

·         All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition as per the Item Condition Policy.

·         Any altered or painted part (either by us or you), can strictly not be returned, this includes any attempt at pre-fitting of a part where drilling/gluing etc has taken place and is evident on the item.

·         If an item is a bespoke made piece (including painting) then this returns policy does not apply as these items cannot be returned.

Please remember to inspect your goods before signing for the delivery. Occasionally there may be damage inside the parcel which is not apparent from the outside. Failure to inspect the goods voids the insurance on the shipment and a damage claim cannot then be made. Damaged goods cannot be returned in this instance.

Free postage is to Mainland UK only and does not include International, Scottish Highlands, Republic and Northern Ireland. If you are unsure please contact me. Please do not book your car into a body workshop, painting shop etc until you have received your item. I cannot be held responsible for any appointments made or missed.
