We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just make sure you request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item back to us within 30 days after receiving your order.
Smartags will gladly accept the return of new, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days from delivery date; otherwise the return will not be honored. In order to return the items simply ship it back to the address you have on the invoice. Please include order or item number and your ebay id.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs 
All returns must be in original condition which were they received, and must include the original manufacturer box and factory packaging and all manuals.

There are no restocking fees for items returned for exchange. Allow three days to issue refunds. We can use your restocking fee as credit towards another purchase.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect your watch item as soon as it arrives, once it is worn or sized or the tags has been removed, Smartags will not accept the returned item.

Place the original package and pack carefully which includes the box being undamaged, manual folded through and tag uncut.

Include the invoice and the reason for the return. Please ship with a traceable method. 

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, with warranty and manual in the original box. 

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We inspect every watch upon return and if the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right of refusing the return, and the watch will be returned to you.
