With Organic Spearmint
An oil pulling mouthwash with Spearmint Leaves Essential Oil, steam distilled and certified organic. Its properties are very similar to that of Peppermint Oil: it is a strong antiseptic, eliminating germs and helping any wounds heal more quickly.
Directions
Take 2 tbsp of oil, tilt chin up and swish it around mouth and tongue for 5 up to 20 minutes, it should be a thin white foam when spat out.
