All orders are processed and packed so that you receive your goods in the best condition possible and in the quickest time.
We allow one working day for your goods to be processed and then most orders will arrive with the buyer within 3-5 working days unless you have opted for our 24-48hr courier in which case your order should arrive within 2 working days.
If goods have had to be ordered in from the manufacturer, then these times may increase but you will be kept up to date with any progress regularly by one of our customer service agents.

Checking the Cloth/Item
In spite of the fact that items/materials are carefully checked, mistakes can happen. Upon receipt of your items all MUST BE CHECKED for faults as well as that the correct colour, quantity and design has been delivered.
Fabrics
If you are making this cloth up for someone else or are getting an item made you MUST CHECK the correct cloth is being used before cutting.
We take no responsibility for issues caused by not checking the item/cloth before opening, cutting/upholstering.
ANY CLOTH that has been cut cannot be returned. All must be returned in original packaging.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item we must receive your item back before a replacement is posted. No exchanges will be posted until the old item is received.
Return Terms
If you would like to return an item it must be returned to ourselves within 14 working days from receipt.
All items must be returned on an insured and signed for service for your own safety. The buyer will be responsible for posting fees for the return.
Items that are NOT in their original form cannot be refunded ( ie. cut, washed).
All returns MUST be cleared by us before hand and a valid return reason must be given.

When ordering samples please be aware that the sample is taken from the entire design, so you may not get the exact part of the design/pattern shown on-line where the whole pattern repeat is shown.
We cannot guarantee which part of the design you will receive.
