For UK and International customers the following delivery options are available at checkout:

• Royal Mail First Class Delivery (We will dispatch items before you buy 3pm same working day. Estimated in 1-2 days, excluding Sunday) Postage and packing fee £2.99
   
  
• UK Next Day Delivery (Next Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched via Next Day Delivery the following day excluding Sunday) Postage and packing fee £8.49

• Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery The estimated delivery times are: Europe (3-5 business days), USA/Australia (5-7 business days), and Rest of World (7-10 business days)

• For bulk orders please Contact Us in order to get combined postage.

• Note: All of our items have been purchased or made from the factory, so most of the Labels and Tags are removed to comply with the legal requirements.

• If you are not happy with a purchase you have 14 Days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchasing so please avoid dissapointment and return your item on time.

• Any items returned must be received back in their original condition – this means they must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, fake tan, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and be in their original packaging with tags attached.

• We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt after which a return notification message will be sent to you through the eBay message system.

• We cannot be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and as such we always recommend you use a recorded postal service.

• If you have received an incorrect or faulty item in your order, please contact us with details of the error.

• Buyer pays return postage and then once item has been recieved you will be fully refunded including the postage fee you have paid when you purchased the item.

• Please leave a note inside the your returning parcel with your full name, ebay id (nick name) and your request, if these information is not included, it will delay completing your refund, in some cases items may go missing. Please contact us before returning your item.
