Shipping

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier, depending on the total weight and size of your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours wherever possible.  Please note that there are often delays to Royal Mail and courier services during busy holiday periods and delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee.  We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. 

All items are UV security marked for identification purposes.  All relevant serial numbers and identifying markings are logged before dispatch.

Please check that your registered address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to, and that all details such as house numbers and postcodes are included.  Postage costs are not refundable for items returned to us due to inaccessible or incomplete addresses. 

If you require shipping to an address other than your registered ebay address then please update the address during the checkout process. We process hundreds of orders each day and, while we will do our best, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to locate and change your order address manually.

All items are in stock at the time of listing on ebay, however stocks of seasonal decorations may be limited.  In the unlikely event that we have sold out of an item in our high-street store when an online order is received we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund.

Any courier prices quoted are for standard UK delivery areas only. Couriers may make additional surcharges for the Highlands, Northern Ireland and any island areas. Please contact us for a quote if you require delivery to these areas.

Payment

All funds must be received in £GBP sterling.

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, cash on collection, postal order, personal cheque.

Due to a recent increase in non-paying buyers we now require payment through Paypal before items can be reserved on eBay.  If you would like to pay by a different method such as postal order or cheque then contact us through eBay messages to make arrangements.

Cash on collection from our Devon retail store is welcome.  Please contact us to make arrangements.  We accept cash or card for collection orders (no cheques or Paypal). 

Items will only be dispatched once funds have fully cleared. This may take up to 5 working days in the case of cheques.  We do not recommend using Paypal echeques, as these may take 1-4 weeks to clear.

International Orders

Unless otherwise stated, all mains-powered light sets have an input voltage of 230-250v and come supplied with a UK plug.  They can be used in other 230-250v countries by using a travel adaptor, or in 110-120v countries with the aid of a voltage converter (not supplied).
