Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days. We ship items out Monday through Friday. We do our best to ship all items in a timely manner, but occasionally orders are delayed. This can be due to manufacturer backorder or a miscalculation of stock on our part. If a complication occurs you will be notified quickly and given the option of a refund.


Please provide a physical address (not a PO Box) for large items.

Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid.

We are not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of bulky freight. Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive whole goods or items designated to ship via UPS or FedEx.

Once your tracking number is received from our warehouse, it will appear on the transaction in your eBay account and you will be notified by email.

Free shipping applies to items delivered to the lower 48 states only. Additional charges for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may apply.

We reserve the right to change shipping carrier based on location or for combined orders. This is to ensure your package gets to you as quickly and as well packaged as possible.



We offer a 14-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

If you choose to return your product, you can arrange for this within 14 days of receiving it. To set up a return, email us and you will be provided with a return address. Returned products must be in their original, unopened package and must still be in new and unused condition. Please note that on electrical system parts including ignition coils, electrical starters, and any other electrical system component is not refundable or returnable under any circumstance due to warranty changes from all current manufacturers concerning electrical items. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less any shipping fees incurred by us. A 20% restock fee may apply. Once the item has been received and inspected your return will be processed and completed. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment

In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective product or an item that was damaged during shipping please call us and allow us to help. Depending on the situation we may be able to offer a refund, send a replacement, or direct you to the proper manufacturer channels.
