RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS
- All items are inspected at two stages before posting & always sent in good new condition. Any item unsuitable please return, acctualy post back within 10 days. Sorry postage charges are not refundable for any exchanges or returns. The day received back your item only will be refunded back through paypal.
- Jewellery & many items can be very delicate & we do not refund or exchange items that are accidentally broken or have not been looked after in the correct manner fitting for occasional use costume jewellery, wear & tear or due to misuse. We do not refund for colour loss of delicate plated or filled items.

- 1- UK Mainland Economy Free 2nd class delivery - This item is posted within 2 working days (working days do not include weekends or bank holidays) this parcel should be with you within 3 to 10 working days.
- 2- UK Mainland Next option is 1st class tracked signed for on delivery for small payment only (see postage information for cost details & on checkout page when checking out) this will be with you within 2 to 5 working days.
- 3- UK Mainland Next option is Priority Next Day delivery if you need item very quickly (see postage information for the small cost details & on checkout page).... For this option you must order before 12pm noon that same day.. To have that same day dispatch to receive item the Next Day. If item ordered after 12pm Noon that day then the item may be with you the day after the next day....
