A. To save your cost, we ship this item by EMS or Post Air parcel (China Post / HK Post /Singapore Post) which need delivery about 15-45 days (dependent on the country shipping to). If you want faster way please contact us before purchase so that we can check cost by other faster way like DHL /FedEx /TNT /UPS etc.
B. For goods come with battery, sometimes we will have to remove the battery, and pay extra cost to ship the battery by other way (normally by Singgapore Post airmail registered), and which will cost a much longer time for the battery delivery. (Because more couriers start to refuse battery shipping, like EMS /HK Post /DHL /FedEx /TNT /UPS).
C. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues which caused by the shipping service.
D. In order to ensure you receive your order with tax free upon import, we normally declare it as ‘GIFT’ at lower value, but this lower cost declaration does not reflect the real cost you paid or the market price. Please contact us if you have problem with this.
