A Note On "Manufacturer Refurbished"

What Does This Mean?

These Phones Have Not Been In Production For Many Years. (They Don't Make Them Any More). Likewise, the original manufacturer doesn't make spare parts anymore. When these phones are 'Refurbished', all the outer casings (covers), keyboards, screens etc are replaced with brand new items. BUT.. original spare parts may not be available. When this situation occurs, 'generic' parts are used. As far as the internal electrics of this phone are concerned, those parts are genuine, but have been reprogrammed back to as new original specifications. So effectively everything on the phone is brand new, but certain parts may not be genuine. In every other aspect, this phone appears and operates as the original unit. The only part that may not be newly replaced is the wall charger supplied, as these too are often hard to get and re certified used items may be included with this unit.
