SHIPPING

Domestic Customers (Inside Australia)
  • We normally despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment clearing.
  • Deliveries will made during business hours Monday to Friday on smaller items.
  • Larger items (e.g. complete suspension kits) can only be delivered to a business address or local freight depot. Please read item description for more information.
  • We combine items when possible to save you on shipping costs. We encourage this and you will find great savings on shipping by purchasing multiple items. Please note that not all items can be combined as they do not pack well together.
  • We select the the freight carrier depending on your order and location. Please let us know if you have a preferred carrier and we will try to accommodate this where possible.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. If your item is returned to us because of an error with the delivery address, a re-delivery charge will be applied.

Most items shipped from Sydney and will take 2-10 days depending on the delivery location. Tracking numbers are provided with all shipments.

Our normal carriers are-
  • Australia Post - Eparcel Road - Signature required on delivery or calling card will be left for item to be collected from local post office.
  • Australia Post - Eparcel Express - Signature required on delivery or calling card will be left for item to be collected from local post office.
  • Northline Freight (Generally used for larger items being SA, NT and WA)
  • TNT Road Express (Generally used for larger items being delivered in VIC, NSW and parts of QLD)
  • NQX (Generally used for larger items being delivered to Central and North QLD)

International Customers (Outside Australia)

  • We normally despatch all goods within 48 hours after payment has been completed.
  • We also combine items when possible to save you on shipping costs. We encourage this and you will find great savings on shipping by purchasing multiple items. Please note that not all items can be combined as they do not pack well together.

Our Normal carriers are-

  • Express Air Courier Post 5-10 days - Tracking information available to most countries.
  • DHL International
  • TNT Economny Airfreight

Please note that product & shipping pricing does not include Customs duty or import taxes that might be payable at time of delivery.


WARRANTY AND RETURNS

1.Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase

2. The Warranty becomes null and void if the product is-

  • Fitted on a vehicle for which it is not catalogued or recommended or
  • Fitted on a vehicle utilised for racing or competitive purpose or
  • Used for any purpose for which it was not designed or
  • Altered or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident or
  • Incorrectly fitted

3. We will happily offer replacement items (not refunds) if:

  • Item is damaged on arrival
  • There is a manufacturing fault with the item
  • The wrong item was sent to you

4. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees.
We must be notified within 7days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
6. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Select 4wd. Costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Select 4wd's warehouse and the client's delivery address.
7. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
8. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
