We are coin collectors and traders. We were not awarded any of the coins we sell. We buy from individuals, shops, and online vendors and resell what we find and acquire. We love Challenge Coins and know a great deal about the quality of various manufacturers and distributors. We love that we get to share the great coins we have access to with people all over the world -- both serious collectors and people who happen to stumble across our listings. We hope to grow and provide more coins in the future!

COINTRADERS BUSINESS POLICIES:

1) All US Domestic Orders ship FREE via USPS First Class Mail. Typically we process and ship all orders within 24 hours of payment received and the 2-3 day turnaround has been great for our customers.
2) If you purchase multiple items or win multiple auctions, please allow us to invoice your order before making payment so they can be processed and shipped together.

3) Although we are knowledgeable regarding the coins we sell and we will happily answer questions about any coin we list; we do not intend to provide a large amount of biographical information about the coins here.
4) We have long-established relationships with many great coin manufacturers. Some coins we will ship will be in their plastic sleeves or coin cases -- please contact them for more information about having a coin designed or about the manufacturing of a specific coin.

If the coin is in a clear plastic sleeve -- contact us and we'll contact the maker.

5) For any of our BUY IT NOW or FIXED PRICE items: please contact us if you are interested in purchasing several of the items. We can work out a negotiated discount for your bulk order based on a Tiered Pricing Model.

COINTRADERS SHIPPING POLICY:

Our coins ship in protective sleeves and bubble envelopes. Shipping costs are included and your item will ship within 1 - 3 days of receipt of payment (usually 1 day). We use USPS First Class Mail unless you request otherwise. We will insure orders over $50 at a buyer’s request, but OUR cost.
