Combined postage is available.

Please be aware that the cost of postage has recently gone up by some considerable amount, there is absolutely nothing we can do about this, it is the fault of Royal Mail.

We aim to dispatch order NEXT WORKING DAY by Royal Mail 1st Class service once the payment has been received. We will provide you with a Certificate of Postage if requested.

International: We are prepared to sell international, please contact us for the cost of posting to your country. Note we prefer to ship by Recorded Delivery, but we appreciate that this can be quite expensive, so if you choose Standard Economy Airmail then the risk must be yours if the item gets lost. We will provide you with a certificate of postage. If your parcel does not arrive we will make a claim to Royal Mail. Royal Mail considers a package to be "lost" if it has not arrived within 21 working days of postage.

UK customers: If your parcel is lost by Royal Mail, that is solely Royal Mail responsibility. If this happens, a claim has to be made by the customer, You, to Royal Mail directly. To assist you, we can send you a completed claim form, certificate of postage and a receipt, so you can send it to Royal Mail for compensation. Please note, we are not able to make a claim on your behalf due to the volume of products we sell. Royal Mail considers a package to be "lost" if it has not arrived within 15 working days of postage and after this time has lapsed will investigate the matter, will then contact us for confirmation of loss, and then will grant you full compensation. Please note that Royal Mail takes fraud very seriously, so before making a claim, please ask neighbours, or check garage etc for any left packet by Royal Mail.

When returning your goods please ensure that the items and packaging are still in their original saleable condition. 

Shipping/handling and insurance charges are not refundable, unless you have received a wrong or damaged item.

Item must be returned with original tags and in perfect condition within 14 days from you take it.

The returned item must be in brand new condition, unworn, with original tags. Please carefully pack to prevent any losses or damages in transit.
