Do you accept returns?

Returns are not accepted unless the item has a manufacturers fault. Used products cannot be returned. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygeine reasons.

What if my item has a manufacturers fault when I receive it?

We cross examine all items before posting your order, however if you do find a damaged item please contact us with photographs showing the damage within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note it is your responsibility to send the damaged item back so please use a trackable postage service as we cannot take liability for lost parcels. Sorry we cannot pay for your postage cost. Once we receive the item you are eligible for a refund or exchange - the choice is yours.

Delivery charge in non-refundable.

What if I change my mind once I receive my item?

All our items look the same if not better in real life so if you still want to return the item there is 30% admin fee of the value of the item.

We cannot take liability for any crystals that fall out whilst using your accessories so please look after your jewellery.

Please note it is not ok for you to deliberately damage items - we work very closely with our manufacturer and can clearly identify what is a manufactures fault and what has been done deliberately. Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) .

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Standard deliveries, 3 to 5 working days and express deliveries, between 1 and 2 working days.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Delivery fees start from FREE - 3.00GBP within UK

Can I track my order?

The postal tracking number for your order will stored with ourselves and is available on request

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Delivery is charges start from £6.00 to £11.00

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your invoice. Please check on the HMRC website for more information about international charges if you are unsure.​

- Money or Postal Orders / Personal Cheques / Cash payment are NOT accepted.

- Payments are expected within 7 days after the final winning auction or place order.

- Paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with - PayPal on the expected completed date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
