~ Standard shipping within Australia is free on all items over $30, however if you purchase any 2 or more headwear items from Hat Locker you will be upgraded to free express shipping

~ If you're purchasing only the one headwear item, express postage is available at a cost of $4.95

International:

~ International shipping is set at a flat rate of $17.50 for a single item, and $8.75 for each additional item 

~ Your item may be subject to custom inspections and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any import taxes specific to your country. Hat Locker will not pre-pay or refund any additional costs incurred once your item has left our care.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on change of mind or because the product was not what you expected (i.e. selecting incorrect sizing), so please choose carefully.

Returns will only be accepted if a claim is made within 7 days of purchase, you have a valid receipt for your purchase, and where that product has been supplied incorrectly or considerably differs from the description on the website.

If a return has been accepted by the Hat Locker Team, re-pack the item(s) in it's original packaging. All returns must be unused / unworn and in original condition with tags and stickers still attached.

Please note the return postage is at the buyers cost. Refund will be provided as an exchange or store credit to the value of the item(s).
