What does a Tested & Working battery mean? A Tested & Working battery is guaranteed to work for a minimum of 30 minutes upon charging on arrival, however, in most cases batteries do last longer than this.

How long do I have to pay for my item I have won? Items listed on “Buy it now” requires immediately payment upon purchase. For items on bidding although we prefer our customers to pay instantly, we do allow 3 days maximum for payment. If payment has not been made within 3 days, an item dispute will be raised and the transaction will be cancelled. At this point the item will be re-listed. Only in special circumstances will you be able to re- purchase your unit. Please note that paying late for your item may cause a delay in delivery times.

If my laptop turns faulty and is still under warranty, can I get it repaired myself? Your warranty is with us only and has to be returned to us for repair. Unfortunately we cannot cover any costs for any 3rd party repair work undertaken on your item should you wish to have it repaired elsewhere. If item is taken for testing or repair to any 3^rd party then our warranty will be void.

If I need a replacement part instead of a replacement unit what do I do? We will more than happily send replacement parts to you to save having to send the unit back for repair; however we will only do so upon receipt of the faulty part.
