We aim to answer your queries within 4 working hours, but allow us a little longer due to other commitments. If we have not replied with 48 hours please re email us, as occasionally emails get lost in the system.

Payment Methods:

We prefer PayPal, as this is most secure form of payment for both parties and highly recommended by eBay however you can call with in office hours to pay by Card.

Delivery:

We put special efforts to maintain at least minimum stock levels to ensure all eBay orders for next day dispatch from Monday to Friday (it may take 2-3 working days in some rare cases). “EBay is not our only selling channel so item could be sold out on other platforms, although it is rare. In case of unavailability we will send you an email for alternate choice, waiting time for restocking or to have full refund with our apology”.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.  We charge postage fee to cover our costs of material, labour and actual postage paid.

Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to some services to destinations in the Highland and Island of Scotland, Isle of Weight Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly, the Channel Island and the Republic of Ireland. If there is any difference in postage we will inform you before postage or you can contact us for a quote before purchase. Any area where Royal Mail operates we will try to send you under normal postage prices.

We have availability for all kind of delivery services including 1^st and 2^nd class, 24 and 48 hours tracked service and next day special delivery with Royal Mail.

International Delivery:

All international postage prices are approximate, if any item is over 2kg it might cost more than we have advertised for Europe and rest of the World because all countries varies in pricing . Any item over 2kg we use different courier services depending on rates.  Before you place order please contact us for a quick quote with your given address or we will send you an email for difference in postage price.

Returns:

At My Bike Solutions Ltd we understand that items can become faulty for time to time or that you may have purchased an item in error, and would like to return. Obviously we try our best to cater for any needs to ensure that your buying experience with us is good one, and that you would continue to shop with us in the future or recommend us to a family member/friend.

Under the United Kingdom’s distance selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which item is delivered. This applies to all to our products. However we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed and used.

If an item is generally faulty we will happily replace the item once returned and post us as soon as possible for you, ensuring that you get the fully working item as soon as possible, minimising any inconvenience caused. Please contact us via eBay message system or phone first as sometime problems can be sorted and also to help us to keep track of any returns.

If you no longer want a purchased item please return the item within 14 working days of purchase in original condition “as new” and packaging for a refund in full minus the postage costs.
