Important Shipping Information:

We strive to ship all items within 48 hours of order however sometimes we are let down by our suppliers. To continually offer new, fresh stock with a minimum of 12 month expiry we do no buy in bulk and instead, only order stock to fulfil your order. This system allows for you to get the longest dated and genuine products available. Occasionally our system does let us down, so do please do get in touch if we have not marked your order as dispatched within 5 working days as there may be a problem that we have yet to see due to the huge volume of orders that we process on a daily basis.

Please note if we receive orders on weekends, holidays or after 9:00 Friday we will dispatch next working day.

Pressurized containers and aerosols are NOT ALLOWED to be shipped by Surface Mail or Airmail to BT Postcodes or internationally. These items will not be sold outside the UK and orders will be automatically be either charged more or cancelled. If you are unsure if this will apply to your purchase, please get in touch before purchase for clarificaiton.

PROBLEMS & RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons most products are non-returnable. If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us within 3 days of receipt. We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packed. Items returned to us at your cost, unless otherwise agreed by us. Product will only be exchanged if returned in original packaging, sealed and unused condition. If a product is returned and no fault is found, the item will be held until payment is received for the cost of return shipping (if applicable). Postage will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed.  After the first 3 days, the manufacturer’s warranty applies (if applicable), please contact the manufacturer directly. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions, if a reaction to the product occurs, discontinue use and please consult your healthcare professional (Doctor) immediately.
