In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
For International orders it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that Items are not Prohibited or restricted in their country. We cannot accept any responsibility for items seized at customs. You may also be liable to pay import duty and VAT on goods sent to some countries outside of the EU.

Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.
