We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

If you have opted for Free Delivery to a UK address your order will usually arrive within 2-5 working days, but occasionally it can take up to 15 working days after dispatch date if there are delays in the post. For international orders please allow a maximum 25 working days.

 Please understand that we cannot control Royal Mail or other couriers, so please report to us if you don’t receive your item once your maximum delivery time ends and we would be happy to resolve the issue. Please also check your local post office depot and your neighbours as a missed delivery card is not always left.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery - Please contact us via ebay prior to returning your item.

Items returned must still be sealed (where applicable), unused and still in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective). We will issue a full refund (excluding our initial P&P costs) upon receipt of the returned goods. We suggest that a tracked service, or a certificate of postage is used for returns, as any returned items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
