Returns

You may return any item for Refund/Credit or Replacement for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 14 days (this policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Using products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured voids this warranty.

You are responsible for the shipping charges associated with any return shipment. Once we receive and check-in your return you will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning so we can authorize your return and provide you with return instructions.

Shipping
