We offer same day dispatch on all orders paid and received before 2PM (Monday - Friday). Purchases made on weekends or bank holidays will be sent on the next working day.

If UPS next day delivery is required, please ensure you place and pay for your order before 12PM. Purchases made after 12PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Important: We cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses and we will only ship to the address provided to us through eBay.

We accept returns on all faulty products, please do not return any items without first getting in touch. When returning any products to us, please ensure you include a copy of your invoice or at the very least your eBay user ID. Without this information, we may not be able to process your refund/replacement.
