This is a Harley Davidson Dyna Billet Shock Hardware Kit.  PN 54338-05.  It is new, in the original box, but the box has been opened. It is in very good condition.  Fits '02-'05 FXD, FXDL, FXDC and FXDWG models equipped with OE shocks or lowering kit 54594-03.   Will ship either UPS or USPS.
